What will you do?
As an HR Business Partner, you act as a trusted sparring partner for business (with a focus on leaders). You bring our strategies to life in practice, ensuring that teams work well together, managers grow in their roles, and our organization is ready for the future.
Your responsibilities include:
- Rolling out HR policies and improving HR processes.
- Supporting and coaching managers on day-to-day people matters.
- Driving talent development and succession planning.
- Contributing to organizational changes and leading HR projects.
- Collaborating with the Works Council and maintaining a positive social climate.
- Managing key HR topics such as compensation, absence management, job architecture and leadership training.
- Contributing actively to the implementation of our new HR Operating Model and playing a role in the ongoing HR Transformation journey.
- Working closely with other HR teams across Europe, especially in Germany, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Who are you?
You are a proactive and inspiring professional who enjoys working with people and achieving results together.
You also bring:
- A Master’s degree or equivalent education.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an international or production environment.
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law (including sickness regulations) and Works Council processes.
- Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- A natural sense of informal leadership – you know how to engage, influence and support others through change.
- Fluency in English (German is a plus).
- A positive, independent and “can-do” attitude.
