🔹 Key Responsibilities

Execute daily treasury operations and ensure process compliance

Perform FX hedging, maintain position reports, and manage related documentation

Support liquidity forecasting and cash flow reporting

Operate Treasury Cash Flow Management systems and tools

Administer factoring programs and ensure timely payment execution

Collaborate with Group Treasury and Finance teams
-
Assist with payments handling, ensuring timely execution and compliance
-
Contribute to audits, process improvements, and global treasury projects
-
Share knowledge and support training within the team
🧩 What We’re Looking For
-
A college or university degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
-
Prior experience in Treasury, Banking, or Cash Management
-
Knowledge of financial markets, FX hedging, and liquidity management is a strong plus
-
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
-
Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural environment
-
English proficiency at B2 level or above
-
Experience with treasury systems (e.g., SAP, Trezone) is advantageous

Salary Range in Lithuania: €2100 – €2850 per month (before tax). The final offer will be based on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
