🔹 Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Execute daily treasury operations and ensure process compliance 

  • Perform FX hedging, maintain position reports, and manage related documentation 

  • Support liquidity forecasting and cash flow reporting 

  • Operate Treasury Cash Flow Management systems and tools 

  • Administer factoring programs and ensure timely payment execution 

  • Collaborate with Group Treasury and Finance teams 

  • Assist with payments handling, ensuring timely execution and compliance 

  • Contribute to audits, process improvements, and global treasury projects 

  • Share knowledge and support training within the team 

 

🧩 What We’re Looking For 

 

  • A college or university degree in Finance, Business, or Economics 

  • Prior experience in Treasury, Banking, or Cash Management 

  • Knowledge of financial markets, FX hedging, and liquidity management is a strong plus 

  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset 

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural environment 

  • English proficiency at B2 level or above 

  • Experience with treasury systems (e.g., SAP, Trezone) is advantageous

Salary Range in Lithuania: €2100 – €2850 per month (before tax). The final offer will be based on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
