Objective of the Role: To leverage Blue Prism expertise and process analysis skills to deliver high-quality automation solutions, while expanding knowledge in other RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate.

 

About the Role:

 

What your mission with us will encompass:

 

  • Process Analysis & Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes and gather requirements for automation. Translate business needs into detailed Process Definition Documents (PDD).
  • RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism. Ensure automation processes are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for automated processes, including PDDs, solution design, and technical specifications.
  • Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during development and testing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in RPA. Show readiness and ability to learn and work with other RPA tools, such as Microsoft Power Automate.

 

About You:

 

Something that will help you to excel in this role:

 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development with a focus on Blue Prism.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Blue Prism; experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate Desktop) is a plus.
  • Process Documentation: Strong ability to analyze business processes and create detailed PDDs.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Learning Mindset: Willingness and ability to learn new RPA tools and technologies as required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

 

Additional Strengths (Preferred but Not Required):

 

  • Intelligent Automation Tools: Knowledge of and experience with other Intelligent Automation tools, Power Automate & Apps, or similar platforms, such as SharePoint, which can complement and extend RPA solutions.
  • Blue Prism Decipher: Hands-on experience with Blue Prism Decipher, including the ability to extract, interpret, and automate data from unstructured documents.
  • Blue Prism Infrastructure: Understanding Blue Prism architecture and infrastructure, ability to improve.
  • Programming languages: Knowledge and experience in one or more programming languages. C#, .NET, SQL, Python or similar.
  • Cloud & Integration Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and experience with integrating RPA solutions with cloud services or other enterprise systems.
  • AI & Machine Learning: Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies that can be integrated with RPA to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing RPA projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, particularly in agile environments.

Salary Range in Lithuania: €4270 - €5220 per month (before tax). The final offer will be based on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
