About the Role:
What your mission with us will encompass:
- Independently manage, control, and monitor credit control processes
- Perform day-to-day collections, credit management and reporting procedures according to process flow, timeline, service and quality requirements
- Ensure consistent and transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the process and initiate escalations when needed
- Perform ad-hoc data reporting and analysis
- Act as super user for improvement ideas and participate in process development and projects
- Support, guide and train others, delegate tasks effectively
- Initiate and supervise the documentation review and update for the related process
- Participate in and/or lead local and Global projects;
- Participate in interim and yearly audit process walkthroughs and support team members with data preparation
About You:
Something that will help you to excel in this role:
- Education in Finance/Accounting/Business or other relevant fields
- Experience working with SAP is mandatory
- Customer service mindset
- Solution oriented personality with problem solving skills
- Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- English language – professional proficiency (B2 level and above);
- Previous experience in customer to cash processes
- Experience working with ticketing tool system is a plus
- Experience working with AICO system is a plus

Gross salary range: 2275 - 2840 eur. gross, depending on skills and experience.
