About the Role:

What your mission with us will encompass:

  • Independently manage, control, and monitor credit control processes
  • Perform day-to-day collections, credit management and reporting procedures according to process flow, timeline, service and quality requirements
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the process and initiate escalations when needed
  • Perform ad-hoc data reporting and analysis
  • Act as super user for improvement ideas and participate in process development and projects
  • Support, guide and train others, delegate tasks effectively
  • Initiate and supervise the documentation review and update for the related process
  • Participate in and/or lead local and Global projects;
  • Participate in interim and yearly audit process walkthroughs and support team members with data preparation

 

About You:

Something that will help you to excel in this role:

  • Education in Finance/Accounting/Business or other relevant fields
  • Experience working with SAP is mandatory​
  • Customer service mindset
  • Solution oriented personality with problem solving skills
  • Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • English language – professional proficiency (B2 level and above);
  • Previous experience in customer to cash processes
  • Experience working with ticketing tool system is a plus
  • Experience working with AICO system is a plus

Practical information:

  • Location: Vilnius

  • Gross salary range: 2275 - 2840 eur. gross, depending on skills and experience.
