About the Role:

Drive sales performance within the Growth Market Team and Advanced Materials division and work with Turkey’s, North Africa’s, Middle East & Caucasus markets.

Guide customers, ensuring they have the tools for success.

Pay regular visits to current and new customers abroad.

Collaborate with local and global teams to meet common KPIs.

Manage Outokumpu Stainless BV’s legal entity in Türkiye.

Implement Outokumpu’s vision and strategy in Türkiye.

Promote a safe, inclusive work environment.
About You:

Education: Bachelor’s degree. Degree in a technical field – advantageous.

Experience: 5 years of experience as sales manager or representative with a track record of meeting targets.

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and business acumen.

Languages: English and Turkish fluency (French or Arabic is a plus).

CRM & Client Management: Experienced in CRM and customer relations.

Performance-Focused: Agile, structured, and results-oriented.

Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
-
Preferably, you are located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
