About the Role: 

  • Drive sales performance within the Growth Market Team and Advanced Materials division and work with Turkey’s, North Africa’s, Middle East & Caucasus markets. 

  • Guide customers, ensuring they have the tools for success. 

  • Pay regular visits to current and new customers abroad. 

  • Collaborate with local and global teams to meet common KPIs. 

  • Manage Outokumpu Stainless BV’s legal entity in Türkiye. 

  • Implement Outokumpu’s vision and strategy in Türkiye. 

  • Promote a safe, inclusive work environment. 

 

About You: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree. Degree in a technical field – advantageous. 

  • Experience: 5 years of experience as sales manager or representative with a track record of meeting targets. 

  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and business acumen. 

  • Languages: English and Turkish fluency (French or Arabic is a plus). 

  • CRM & Client Management: Experienced in CRM and customer relations. 

  • Performance-Focused: Agile, structured, and results-oriented. 

  • Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license. 

  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required. 

  • Preferably, you are located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
