What You'll Do:

• Oversee Data & Integration service delivery and improvement, ensuring alignment with the Outokumpu model and business needs.
• Lead incident resolution, manage escalations, and collaborate with teams for seamless transitions, ensuring business continuity.
• Monitor AMS partners and cloud services (e.g., Azure) for quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Implement monitoring solutions, conduct third-party service reviews, and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide training services to educate users on platform and tool usage.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing data and integration services.
• Excellent knowledge with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good experience with project management methodologies, change management processes and tools.
• Good understanding of Agile development and operations practices.
• Technical understanding of Azure Data Services, Tibco integration, On-prem SQL database, ShadowBase Replication, Qlik Replicate, Oracle database, Tieto BIX Services is a plus
