HR Specialist (German-Speaking)

About the Role:
What your mission with us will encompass:
- Administer HR employee-life cycle processes in Germany, covering on/offboarding, compensation & benefits, pension administration, health & wellbeing, data administration, general administration, documentation - (Recruiting activities are not included in this responsibility.)
- Communicate with employees and managers, providing guidance and clarification on all HR processes.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement in HR services.
- Support HR optimization projects with cross-disciplinary teams on an international level.

About You:
Something that will help you to excel in this role:
- Tech-savvy with a continuous learning mindset.
- College or university degree preferred.
- Fluency in English and German (written and verbal) – at least level B2.
- Proven experience with MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of SAP and SAP Successfactors – huge advantage.
- Structured and systematic way of working.
- Experience in HR, Finance, Law or other similar areas - advantage.
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Great communication skills at all levels in the organization.
- Customer service-oriented personality.
- Good analytic and digital skills.
- Ability to go on business trips to Germany approximately twice per year.

Salary range: 2100 - 2300 EUR (before tax), The final offer will be based on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
