About the Role

What your mission with us will encompass:

• Handle daily accounting activities and ensure accurate, timely processing in line with policies and quality standards.
• Prepare and post standard/recurring journal entries and perform GL reconciliations, investigating and correcting discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing, basic variance analysis, and preparation of accurate financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements; assist with audit queries.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, Controlling, Tax, and other teams to resolve issues impacting GL accuracy.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements, standardization initiatives, and updates of accounting/process documentation.
• Provide support to other team members and proactively take on new tasks within the GL area.

About You

Something that will help you excel:

• Legal right to work in Lithuania.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work accurately under deadlines (especially during month-end closing).
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality; customer-service mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills; experience working in cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency in English (B2+); German, French, Italian is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems; understanding of E2E and R2R finance processes.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data organization).
• Understanding of internal controls and accounting/audit requirements.

Salary Range in Lithuania: €2500 - 2800 per month (before tax). The final offer will be based on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
