About the Role 

Something that your mission with us will encompass: 

• Issuing purchase orders based on internal requests and category guidelines  

• Supporting stakeholders with day-to-day procurement and order processing topics  

• Conducting RFQs (Request for Quotations) and actively engaging with suppliers  

• Managing and enhancing supplier catalogues in e-procurement tools  

• Monitoring delivery schedules, managing claims, and resolving issues  

• Verifying and reconciling supplier invoices  

• Addressing procurement master data discrepancies  

• Actively promoting and supporting a LEAN culture 

About You 

Something that will help you excel in this role: 

• Educational background in supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering (Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education) 

• Experience in procurement or supply chain operations  

• Familiarity with e-procurement tools and ERP systems  

• A proactive, customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills  

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams  

• Strong English skills, both written and spoken (Swedish is a plus)
