We are currently looking for Buyer specializing in Indirect Supplies and Services, IT, and Cars & Vehicles to support our global procurement efforts!

About the Role:

What your mission with us will encompass:

• Issue purchase orders to suppliers based on purchase requests and category instructions to ensure the availability of goods and services.
• Provide procurement stakeholder support for day-to-day transactional topics related to order processing.
• Conduct RFQs (Request for Quotations).
• Manage and expand catalogues in e-procurement tools.
• Monitor orders, oversee delivery, and manage claims.
• Verify supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Address procurement master data discrepancies.
• Promote and support a LEAN culture.

About You:

Something that will help you to excel in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, supply chain, logistics, or final year student.
• At least one year of experience in purchasing, logistics, or related fields.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
• Quick learner, able to absorb new information and work with multiple ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Swedish, Finnish, or German is a plus.
• Understanding of procurement and sourcing methods is advantageous.
