Accountant - Accounts Payable

Our Accounts Payable Team is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AP Accountant to join us! If you're ready to take ownership of payment processes and ensure smooth financial operations, we want to hear from you. 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

• Processing of invoices in a timely manner according to the standard procedures and the company guidelines
• Receiving and processing vendor invoices for payment, as well performing day-to-day accounts payable activities for the organization
• Handling requests received to the accounts payable mailboxes
• Proactive resolution of invoice queries, identifying problem areas and bringing them to the attention of the manager with proposed solutions
• Supporting teamwork, collaboration and consistency across all sites and functions
• Providing customer service to both vendors and internal stakeholders
• Participating and supporting Lean continues improvement activities, changes implementation, new ERP systems and tools implementation
• Performing Month End closing tasks
• Executing all other position related tasks delegated by line manager

Who We're Looking For: 

Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant fields, or equivalent practical experience. 

Professional proficiency in English. 
Approach to tasks with a service-oriented mindset. 
Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach and adept problem-solving skills. 
Work effectively in a cross-cultural organization, fostering teamwork and cooperation. 
Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. 
Previous experience with SAP is considered an asset.

Salary range for this role: from 1850 eur. gross to 2150 eur. gross. Final offer depends on candidate’s experience, competence and suitability.
