Senior DevOps Engineer

Tornio, FI Helsinki, FI Katowice, PL

We are looking for a Senior DevOps engineer as a team member who could help us building and deploying cloud applications. Our team has basic DevOps tools, such as CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as a code scripts, but we are currently harmonizing and scaling out our Devops service.

 


Our plan is to develop proper platform engineering capabilities for multiple teams. For that we need an experienced DevOps engineer, who can develop components for scalable cloud platform. One of the teams is Data Science team, so knowledge of ML engineering is an advantage, but not a mandatory skill. Part of the job is to support of existing applications, which have unharmonized CI/CD pipelines.

 

Must have

  • CI/CD and GitOps (Azure DevOps, Git/PRs)
  • IaC on Azure (Terraform or Bicep)
  • Scripting & automation (Python, Bash/PowerShell); Linux; basic SQL
  • Azure fundamentals (compute, storage, networking, AAD/RBAC)
  • Databricks operations (workspaces, clusters, jobs, Unity Catalog)
  • Observability & security basics (monitoring, secrets, RBAC, network)
  • Databricks MLOps & DABs (MLflow, model registry, feature store, deployments)

 

Nice to have

  • Containers (Docker; Kubernetes)
  • Experience supporting AI/ML/agent workflows; Agile/Scrum; strong collaboration/troubleshooting

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English language (written and spoken)
  • 5 years+ experience
  • Flexibility for multiple tasks (voi tulla useampia tehtäviä jotka ei kuulu ”titteliin”)
