Lead Architect - Operations Solutions Finland

We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to join our team and take responsibility for designing and developing business-critical solutions that drive operational excellence and support our strategic goals.

As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing and governing solution architectures that align with business objectives, enterprise architecture principles, and IT security standards. You will play a pivotal role at the intersection of business and technology, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and guide solution architectures in alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand and define business requirements.
Evaluate, select, and provide direction on technology solutions and architectural approaches.
Support development and implementation teams, ensuring technical quality throughout the entire solution lifecycle.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, reliable, and cost-efficient.
Drive compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and governance requirements.
Provide architectural leadership and contribute to the continuous evolution of architecture practices and standards.

What We Are Looking For

A master’s degree in a relevant field, combined with strong practical experience in solution or enterprise architecture.
Broad technical expertise across applications, integrations, infrastructure, and data platforms.
Strong ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and guide teams across organizational boundaries.
