We Are Looking for a Proactive and Solution-Oriented Development Engineer to Join Our Ferrochrome Plant’s Process Development Team!
What’s the Role About?
Our process development team is responsible for improving and optimizing ferrochrome production – whether it’s production efficiency, process control, environmental protection, or product development. We work closely with production and other expert teams, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
What Will You Do?
As a development engineer, your tasks will be diverse and hands-on, including:
- Process improvement – analyzing, designing, and implementing production enhancements.
- Process test runs – testing and putting new solutions into practice.
- Planning and executing small-scale investments – turning ideas into reality and seeing the impact of your work.
- Expert substitutions – broadening your expertise and paving the way for career growth.
In this role, you will dive deep into the world of ferrochrome production and develop into a top expert as part of our multidisciplinary team.

What Do We Expect from You?
