Join Our Team as a Customer Service Specialist!

Are you ready to take on a key role in supporting our business and customers? We're looking for a French- and English-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service Management team, a vital part of the SCM function within Business Line Stainless Europe. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in every step of the order fulfillment process, from handling orders and invoicing to collaborating with logistics and sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt responses
• Process customer orders
• Control and monitor customer delivery forecasts and adjust orders if necessary
• Provide timely updates on order status to customers
• Handle invoicing, credit, and debit notes efficiently
• Manage stock levels and coordinate customer material releases with logistics and sales
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Support training activities and improvement initiatives related to the order fulfilment process

You will be based in Krefeld, Germany or Tornio, Finland (with partial remote work option).

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Business or Economics
• Strong understanding of export and supply chain processes
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Goal-oriented, organized, with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrates our core behaviors—trusting collaboration, urgency, decisiveness, and a continuous improvement mindset
• Proficient in MS Office. We consider experience with SAP systems an advantage.
