Metals Industry Territory Sales Rep-Latam (English Advanced)

São Paulo, BR

As a global leader in Stainless Steel, we're seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Representative (Latin America) and be part of our Commercial team in Itaim Bibi - São Paulo, Brazil.  

 

*This is a fully bilingual position (English)*

Objective: to deliver exceptional service through every stage of the customer journey. Collaborating closely with the Sales Managers, Directors, Internal Sales, promoting sales through Outokumpu’ s Business Units.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales or Marketing preferred.
  • Outside Sales Experience, minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (metals industry is a plus)
  • Knowledge in Foreign Trade and Sales Generation.
  • Experience in analysis and negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements, enabling the closing of new businesses.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • CRM, Power BI proficiency is a plus.

Some of the key activities you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and capturing new business opportunities.
  • Provides quotations, product information and samples when needed for both the Americas and European production facilities based on each facility’s unique product offerings as applicable.
  • Scope analysis of BID´s and opportunities for internal definition of participation.
  • Preparation of technical, commercial proposals and commercial presentation.
  • Commercial and operational management and maintenance of the developed customer portfolio.
  • Establish solid, active, and long-term and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Documentation and Reporting, maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, market feedback, pre- and post-sales, and control of accounts receivable.
  • Dedication, commitment, organization, and availability to travel up to 50%

 

Salary Range: 12,092 to 16,628 monthly (BRL)
