Project Manager – Production Process Development
Quality Central Operations
We are looking for a proactive and forward-looking Project Manager to join our Quality team in Central Europe. In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives to strengthen product quality and continuously improve our production processes and product portfolio. By building digital reporting structures, you will empower our Quality team to reach the next level and contribute to sustainable business success.
You will ensure that new and optimized production processes meet customer requirements while supporting the company’s long-term strategic objectives.

Your Impact:
Project Management
- Design, develop, and implement robust production processes
- Ensure consistent product quality and maximize cost efficiency
- Lead improvement initiatives from concept to implementation
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D, Operational Excellence, Operations, and Customer Service
- Ensure alignment and effective achievement of shared project goals
Portfolio Coordination
- Coordinate and monitor the Quality project portfolio
- Track progress, maintain transparency, and support prioritization
Training & Capability Development
- Strengthen project management capabilities within the Quality team
- Deliver targeted training and promote knowledge sharing
Your Profile:
- University degree in Engineering with strong knowledge of Material Science
- Proven experience in project management within a technical or production environment
- Passion for sustainable innovation, technology, and digitalization
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills paired with an inclusive leadership style
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in Power BI reporting and database management
- Fluent in English for international collaboration and in German for effective communication on the shop floor

In this Role you will report to the Head of Quality Central.
Location: You will be located in Krefeld or Dillenburg, with regular travel between both sites.
