What you'll do

  • Collaborate with business, development teams, product owners, and vendors to understand user needs and translate them into UX solutions.
  • Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI concepts from idea to validation.
  • Promote best practices in usability, accessibility, and consistent user experience across digital products.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, Figma libraries, and reusable design assets.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and concept validation.
  • Ensure digital experiences align with brand guidelines and design standards.

 

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong expertise in Figma, including design systems, UI kits, and prototyping.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (basic photo editing and icon creation).
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and modern design practices.
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
  • Interest in using AI as part of the design process.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Salary range in Poland: 10,920 - 13,640 zl. gross per month. Final offer depends on candidate’s experience and competence.
