What you'll do
- Develop and maintain data security standards, policies, and information classification frameworks.
- Design, implement, and improve Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, and other platforms.
- Drive initiatives to identify and protect sensitive business data.
- Ensure data protection requirements are implemented across enterprise systems.
- Monitor emerging data security technologies and best practices.
- Advise and educate stakeholders on data security and information protection.
- Support compliance with privacy and security regulations, secure AI adoption, and the safe exchange of information with customers, suppliers, and partners.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Cyber Security, Data Management, Information Systems, Law, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in information security, data protection, governance, or compliance.
- Experience with Microsoft security technologies is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Information Protection, Data Classification, DLP, Microsoft 365 Security, AI Governance, Data Lifecycle Management, Identity & Access Management, Insider Risk Management, and data governance principles.
