We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst (Senior Power BI Developer) to become a key player in shaping and delivering our data strategy. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the development of dynamic Power BI reports and dashboards, mentor junior talent, and partner with stakeholders to bring data to life across the organization.

🚀 What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and development of complex Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Act as a bridge between business and tech, gathering requirements and transforming them into data-driven solutions.
• Mentor and support junior developers, setting the standard for best practices in visualization and analytics.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing Power BI solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Be a champion of data literacy, sharing knowledge across the organization and uplifting our citizen developer community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, external vendors, and business units.

🧠 What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and business analysis.
• Proven ability to deliver and lead complex report-building projects.
• Strong command of SQL, DAX, M (Power Query), and ETL processes.
• Experience in data modeling and performance tuning.
• Bonus points for knowledge in Python, R, or other programming languages.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary range: from 4500 to 6200 eur. gross. Final offer depends on candidate's competence and experience.
