Junior NOC Engineer

Junior Network Operations Engineer (NOC)

We are looking for a Junior Network Operations Engineer to support the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure. You will work closely with NOC engineers, network teams, vendors, and onsite teams to ensure stable and reliable services.

What you will do:

• Monitor network infrastructure and services, analyse alerts, events, and performance data to identify issues.
• Perform initial incident triage, assess impact, and support service restoration.
• Troubleshoot network and service issues, supporting investigations and root cause analysis.
• Implement approved basic network and firewall changes.
• Maintain accurate tickets, documentation, and CMDB records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support incident resolution.
• Use existing scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of network technologies, including LAN, WLAN, Firewalls, and DHCP.
• Understanding of broader infrastructure technologies.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and vendors.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.

You will collaborate with: Network Service & Architecture teams, Change Managers, onsite IT teams, and key technology partners.
