What you'll do

  • Manage and resolve cloud incidents, service requests, and operational changes while meeting SLAs.
  • Automate cloud operations using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
  • Maintain the availability, performance, and security of Azure cloud services.
  • Drive continuous improvements to cloud operations and platform capabilities.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud operations.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud security.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
