IT Application Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an Oracle Developer to support and enhance business-critical Oracle applications. You will develop and maintain Oracle Forms applications, optimize PL/SQL solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to application modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Oracle Forms 11g and PL/SQL.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, database objects, and application performance.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide 2nd/3rd level support (including on-call support).
• Support Oracle Database 19c migrations, application upgrades, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with DBAs and cross-functional teams to improve application reliability and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and deployment processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting Oracle Forms applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms 11g, Oracle Database 19c, PL/SQL, and SQL performance tuning.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Familiarity with source control tools (Git, SVN or similar) and release management.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server or Oracle APEX.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, database migration projects, and Agile/DevOps practices.
