About the Role

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning) and SAP Concur.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Integration Suite/CPI, SAP PI/PO, and related technologies.
• Ensure HR data quality through effective data architecture, governance, and integration design.
• Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Advise stakeholders on system capabilities, best practices, and solution options.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT teams, business process owners, and external SAP partners to deliver integrated solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur, including implementation of core HR or talent modules.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, PI/PO, OData, and Compound Employee integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR data architecture and governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Salary range in Poland: 10,920 - 13,640 zl. gross per month. Final offer depends on candidate’s experience and competence.
