EUS Specialist (AD)

Are you passionate about identity, security, and enterprise infrastructure? Join our Infrastructure team as an Active Directory Specialist and play a key role in maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable directory services that support our global business.

What you'll do

• Manage and continuously improve Active Directory services, including AD DS, DNS, Group Policy, AD CS, trusts, replication, and service accounts
• Provide expert 2nd and 3rd level support and participate in an agreed on-call rotation
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for authentication, authorization, Kerberos, LDAP, DNS, replication, and Group Policy issues
• Plan and implement AD upgrades, patching, testing, and lifecycle activities to ensure platform stability and compliance
• Translate security requirements into AD best practices, including least privilege, privileged access, tiered administration, and hardening
• Drive standardization, automation, monitoring, documentation, and operational improvements across the AD environment
• Support audits, access reviews, risk remediation, and security compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable directory services
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement across the Infrastructure team

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience administering enterprise Active Directory environments
• Strong knowledge of AD DS, DNS, Group Policy, AD CS, trusts, replication, Kerberos, and LDAP
• Experience troubleshooting complex authentication and identity-related issues
• Understanding of AD security, privileged access, hardening, and identity governance
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and documentation
• Automation experience with PowerShell is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with fluent English.
