What you'll do

  • Provide onsite IT support for end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room equipment, and VDI solutions.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, IMACD activities, and on-call support in line with agreed service levels.
  • Support and maintain local network and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
  • Manage IT assets, lifecycle activities, procurement, and documentation in the ITSM tool.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT services, user experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and end users to deliver reliable IT services.
  • Promote IT standards, cybersecurity best practices, and continuous improvement while maintaining a safe working environment.

 

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and IT asset management.
  • Good knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile, VDI, networking, and peripheral technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WLAN; Linux and Windows Server experience is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally when required.
  • Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.
