EUS Application Specialist (IAM)

What you'll do

• Support and maintain IAM applications throughout their lifecycle, including administration, upgrades, testing, and user support
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support, resolve access-related issues, and manage ITSM tickets
• Support identity provisioning processes, application integrations, and configuration changes
• Maintain documentation, user guides, and operational procedures
• Ensure applications follow IT security standards, access governance, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to improve service quality and identify process improvements
• Contribute to application lifecycle management, standardization, and automation initiatives

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, application support, IAM, or related technical roles
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts, user lifecycle management, and access governance
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and application integrations
• Experience with ITSM processes and troubleshooting user access issues
• Understanding of security principles such as least privilege and segregation of duties
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with fluent English
