EUS Application Specialist (EUC)

Outokumpu is the global leader in sustainable stainless steel. We are now looking for an End User Services Specialist to join our international IT team in Katowice, Poland.
In this role, you will help ensure reliable, secure and efficient digital workplace services for employees worldwide. You will focus on end-user device management, IT service processes, reporting and continuous improvement of our End User Services operations.
What you will do
- Manage and improve hardware lifecycle management and device return processes.
- Monitor and develop reporting using Power BI, ServiceNow and other tools.
- Maintain and improve End User Devices data quality in CMDB.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT partners and vendors.
- Maintain ITSM tickets, documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
- Support service improvements, automation opportunities and operational efficiency.
- Act as a backup for Poland onsite IT support when needed.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, End User Computing or Windows administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SCCM and Intune.
- Understanding of ITSM processes, change management and technical documentation.
- Basic PowerShell skills and strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Cyber security awareness.
- Good English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
