EUS Application Specialist (Collaboration)

Outokumpu is the global leader in sustainable stainless steel. We are looking for an M365 Collaboration Services Specialist to join our international IT team.

In this role, you will provide technical expertise and 2nd/3rd level support for Microsoft 365 services, helping ensure secure, reliable and efficient collaboration solutions for employees worldwide.

What you will do

• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests related to identity, access, mail flow and file services.
• Support hybrid Exchange environments, mailbox management, migrations and synchronization.
• Maintain security and compliance controls, including MFA, Conditional Access and access permissions.
• Develop automation, reporting and operational improvements using PowerShell, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with IT teams, Cyber Security, suppliers and business stakeholders.

What we expect from you

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID or File Services.
• Good knowledge of:
  • Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams
  • Entra ID administration
  • Windows file services, permissions and Azure Files
• Understanding of ITSM processes, security practices and change management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.
