EUS Application Specialist (AD)

Ready to grow your career in Identity & Access Management? Join our Infrastructure team as Active Directory Specialist and help deliver secure, reliable identity services while developing your expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft technologies.

What you'll do

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level Active Directory support, including participation in an on-call rotation
• Manage AD users, groups, computers, service accounts, and access requests
• Support the lifecycle of AD groups, including approvals, recertification, and audit activities
• Assist with Active Directory Certificate Services, Group Policy, DNS, replication, and domain controller health
• Troubleshoot authentication, account lockout, and hybrid identity (Entra ID/Entra Connect) issues, escalating complex cases when needed
• Maintain ITSM tickets, documentation, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks
• Follow security best practices, including least privilege, controlled change, and access governance
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Cyber Security, Infrastructure teams, and external partners to improve Active Directory services

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
• +2 years of experience in IT support, Service Desk, Identity & Access Management, or infrastructure operations
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Active Directory Certificate Services, and account management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, and PowerShell is an advantage
• Understanding of ITSM processes and change management
• Strong analytical skills, a security-first mindset, and fluent English
