Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve cloud incidents, service requests, and operational changes according to established SLAs.
  • Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, reliability, and security.
  • Develop automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to reduce manual effort.
  • Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support continuous service improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud operations.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud security.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English.

Salary range in Poland: 10,920 - 13 600 zl. gross. Final offer depends on candidate's experience and competence.
