Summer Trainee IT

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated IT student for our Summer Trainee position to join our End User Services team in Helsinki. As an End User Services Trainee, you will be involved in various IT support activities, contributing to the smooth operation of our IT services. Key Responsibilities:

• Identity Access Management (IAM) ticket handling
• Active Directory Management maintenance
• Azure Virtual Desktop Management: Oversee Azure Virtual Desktop host pools.
• CMDB Validation: Validate content in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• PowerBI Reporting: Develop PowerBI reports from multiple data sources.
• Hardware Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of hardware assets.
• Powershell Scripting: Create and maintain Powershell scripts.
• Standardization: Apply standard methods and procedures in daily tasks.
• Windows 11 Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of Windows 11.
• End-User Support: Provide support to end-users and devices, including:
  • Windows and O365 support
  • Desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and VDI solutions support
  • Workstation installations
  • Printing device and meeting room equipment support
  • Network and firewall support
  • Cyber security support

Requirements:

• Language Skills: You should be able to communicate fluently in both English and Finnish.
• Academic Progress: You should be making good progress in your studies, ideally pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Communication: Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal team members and external partners.
• Standard Practices: Use approved standard methods to ensure your work is consistent and reliable.
• Documentation: Keep all your documentation accurate and up to date.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with both internal IT teams and external delivery partners.
