We are looking for a Senior Manager – Strategy & Transformation - to join our Group Strategy & M&A team. This is a highly visible, group-level role at the heart of how strategy comes to life across the Group. You will help shape strategic priorities, translate them into meaningful initiatives, and ensure they deliver measurable business impact.

 

As a Senior Manager – Strategy & Transformation, you connect Group strategy, financial ambition, and execution, ensuring long-term targets translate into high-impact initiatives and measurable value. You also contribute to Group-level strategy work — from market and competitor analysis to shaping strategic options — and help ensure leaders have a clear, shared view of the initiatives that matter most and the value they create.

 

What You Will Do
•    Operate across Business Areas and Business Lines, working closely with BA/BL management, Controlling, FP&A, and initiative owners
•    Own and evolve the Group’s strategy execution and performance tracking platform
•    Drive structured, high-quality reporting on strategy and cost program execution to the OLT and Board of Directors
•    Facilitate governance forums related to strategy execution and transformation programs
•    Contribute to annual and long-term strategy processes at Group level
•    Contribute to Group-level strategic projects, including market and competitor analysis, industry trend assessments, and strategic option development
•    Act as a steward of execution excellence, transparency, and accountability across the organization

 

Your Key Accountabilities
•    Strengthen BA/BL strategy execution in line with Group priorities and long-term financial targets
•    Ensure clear, high-quality initiatives with defined ownership, impact, and timelines
•    Challenge and improve initiative focus, strategic relevance, and execution quality
•    Align strategy execution with BA/BL Controlling and Group FP&A
•    Drive structured governance, follow-up, and transparent Group-level reporting to senior leadership and the Board
•    Proactively identify execution risks and structural inconsistencies
•    Own and continuously develop the initiative tracking platform, ensuring high data quality and usability
•    Support preparation of Group-level materials for senior leadership discussions

 

What You Bring
•    Proven experience in business, industrial, or financial environments
•    Strong project/program management and financial acumen
•    Structured, analytical mindset and strong stakeholder skills
•    Ability to operate effectively across functions and governance forums
•    University degree and fluency in English
•    Industrial or heavy industry experience is an advantage
