Manager, Cyber Security Architecture and Infrastucture

We are looking for Manager, Cyber Architecture and Infrastructure based in one of our main locations to lead Cyber Security Architecture and Infrastructure team.

As a Manager, you will be a Member of Cyber Security Leadership team and a part of the Outokumpu Cyber Security team, which is a lean and mean global function supporting the organization in cyber security related topics and ensuring that relevant security policies, frameworks and controls are in place. Cyber security is currently part of the IT organization working closely with IT teams as well as other Outokumpu functions.

 What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the Cyber Security strategy and roadmap
• Develop and improve IT/OT architecture and infrastructure security
• Govern infrastructure security policies and compliance
• Lead the Security Architecture backlog with internal and external stakeholders
• Enhance application security across business-critical systems
• Manage risk in a business-driven, cost-effective manner
• Drive Cyber Security improvement projects from planning to execution
• Serve as the primary security contact for business units
• Report Cyber Security KPIs to relevant stakeholders

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Several years of experience in Cyber Security
• Strong knowledge of standards like IEC 62443, ISO 27001/2, NIST, GDPR, etc.
• Experience across IT, OT, and IoT security domains
• Leadership mindset with a proactive approach to ownership
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences

Certifications like CISSP or CRISC are a plus
