At Outokumpu, we are looking for a Leadership & Culture Lead who doesn’t just design frameworks but reshapes how leadership, culture, and performance actually happen in a global organization.
This is a role for a conceptual thinker with a pragmatic edge — someone who can zoom out to see the system, and zoom in to make change stick.

 

What you will do
You will shape and evolve how leadership and culture are defined, experienced, and activated across the company.
You will:

  • Challenge the status quo — constructively pushing senior leaders and the organization to rethink how leadership drives results
  • Translate strategy into action — turning strategic priorities into clear leadership expectations, behaviours, and decision principles
  • Make complexity simple — cut through fragmented processes and build mechanisms that actually work in practice
  • Drive real impact — ensuring leadership and culture initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes
  • Shape employee listening — building a system that not only captures insights but ensures action and accountability
  • Leverage data, AI and analytics to strengthen leadership effectiveness and culture development
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business

Your experience

  • 10+ years in senior HR, organizational effectiveness, people strategy, or top-tier consulting
  • Relevant higher education degree (e.g., master’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field)
  • Proven ability to design and implement leadership frameworks and people systems at scale
  • Experience working closely with senior executives and leadership teams
  • Strong track record of delivering tangible impact, not just concepts
