We are seeking a motivated IT professional for our IT Specialist Onsite support position to join our End User Services team in Helsinki. As an IT Specialist, you will be involved in various onsite support activities, contributing to the smooth operation of our IT services. Key Responsibilities
Outokumpu IT 2nd and 3rd level ticket resolution including eg.
• IDM ticket resolution (Identity Access Management)
• Active Directory object management
• Azure Virtual Desktop host pool management
• CMDB content validation
• Hardware lifecycle management
• Software installations
• Ticket queue management
Working as a part of Helsinki End-User Onsite Support team
• Provide onsite support for end-users (Windows, O365) and End user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and VDI solutions.
• Workstation installations according to agreed procedures
• Provide support for printing devices and for Meeting room equipment
• Provide support for network team related to Helsinki Network & Firewalls
• Provide support for Cyber Security as per need
Requirements
• Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish
• Technical background: Field engineering experience, 2nd/3rd level support experience or Bachelor's degree (or similar) in a relevant field (Information Technology, Engineering, etc.) is a benefit
• Effective Communication: Maintain good and timely communication with internal and external staff, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Standardized Methods: Apply approved standard methods and ways of working, ensuring consistency and high-quality results.
• Documentation: Keep documentation up to date to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate Effectively: Cooperate with all internal and external IT teams and delivery partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
