IT Process Specialist

Helsinki, FI

We are looking for an IT Process Specialist fixed-term employment of six months from October 2026 on to manage ITSM processes across multivendor environment as well as internal Outokumpu IT. The objective is to develop and drive continuous improvement and ensure we have required process support in place.  

 

Key responsibilities

•    Improve and implement IT processes including training (both internal and external teams) e.g. on-/offboarding of new vendors, product owners, service managers, development teams
•    Drive continual ITSM process improvement, maintain and execute the process development roadmap
•    Document both formal process descriptions and hands-on how-to guides
•    Act as an ambassador, promote global and harmonized ITSM processes

 

Requirements

•    Working experience in IT Service Management and IT processes
•    Knowledge and hands-on experience of ITIL framework; incident, service request, problem, change practices and CMDB. Agile service management framework (DevOps) is a plus
•    Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow  
•    Fluent in English language, spoken and written
•    Strong communication and teamwork skills
