End User Services Architect

We are seeking an End User Services Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure end-user services. In this role, you will shape our technology roadmap, champion best practices, and ensure our end-user environment is modern, reliable, and secure.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the End User Services architecture, including technology selection and roadmaps, in cooperation with Service Managers and other architects.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for End User Services, guiding and supporting teams across IT.
- Track industry best practices and emerging technologies and incorporate them into our services.
- Participate in architectural governance and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet established security and compliance standards.
Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in computer science or equivalent experience from a similar role.
- Several years of experience in End User Services and solid experience in IT Infrastructure Services.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Deep expertise in M365 services, Entra ID, AVD, AD, and device management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience with ITIL processes and Service Desk is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, able to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluent English; other languages are an advantage.
