Senior HR Specialist, SAP SuccessFactors

As our Senior HR Specialist, SAP SuccessFactors, you will own and develop our SAP SuccessFactors landscape, drive system enhancements and projects, and partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver scalable, user-friendly HR solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors
• Manage system enhancements, releases, and projects
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders globally
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and seamless integrations
• Support and enable HR users, managers, and employees
• Collaborate with SAP and external partners

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Experience with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
• Understanding of HR processes in an international environment
• Experience with integrations, business rules, or SAP Integration Suite is an advantage
• Fluent English
