What You’ll Do

• Lead development efforts for large-scale, complex applications with a focus on technical excellence.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to align system design with business goals.
• Oversee the entire application lifecycle, from design and implementation to upgrades and retirement.
• Act as a mentor, guiding junior developers and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
• Integrate applications seamlessly with existing systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process alignment.
• Document architecture, design patterns, and key technical decisions to support maintainability.
• Drive continuous improvement in development workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization

Your Profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application development, leading complex projects.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5) and design tools.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and familiarity with DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, containerization).
• Solid understanding of system architecture and enterprise-level software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
