Accounting and Controlling Specialist

About the Role:

What your mission with us will encompass:

• Ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Validate sales, costs, inventory, KPIs, and General Ledger.
• Handle tax declarations (VAT, CIT, WHT) and coordinate audits.
• Support local management with financial insights and reports.
• Participate in local and global projects.

About You:

Something that will help you to excel in this role:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, 1-2 years in financial controlling.
• Fluent in Polish; English B2-C1 level.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel); SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to focus on accuracy and precision.
• Strong eagerness to deepen expertise, particularly in financial controlling.
