We are currently looking for a motivated Production Planning Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes while meeting customer expectations and business goals.

About the Role:

What your mission with us will encompass:

• Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements and align production plans.
• Provide timely planning and scheduling to the manufacturing floor, balancing internal financial objectives with customer delivery commitments.
• Prioritize and coordinate production operations to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Utilize our ERP system to generate and manage manufacturing work orders, keeping operations aligned with production goals.
• Communicate any potential scheduling impacts to the Sales team and proactively manage any arising challenges.
• Complete status reports tracking production progress, customer information, and inventory levels.

About You:

What will help you thrive in this role:

• A solid educational background with at least upper secondary education; a university degree is a plus.
• Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
• Residence in the Castelleone area.
• Comfort in working as part of a team, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications essential for planning and scheduling.
• Availability to work in shifts as needed: 2 shifts - from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m., from 1p.m. to 9 p.m.
