The Role:

• Support to Senior Operators: Work closely with our expert Senior Maintenance Operators, assisting in troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding key equipment during production breakdowns.
• Equipment Maintenance: Actively participate in construction, maintenance, overhaul, modification, and preventive maintenance of all production facility equipment.
• Emergency Response: Be ready to effectively respond to breakdowns and scheduled maintenance work.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.

Who You Are:

• Legal right to work in Italy.
• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Skills: Basic knowledge and experience of mechanical or electrical field or general interest in the area.
• Computer literacy: experience working with MS Office.
• Languages: Fluent in Italian; basic knowledge of English.
• Other: Flexibility for multitasking roles, strong planning and prioritization skills, and a valid driver's license.
• You have strong collaboration skills, enjoy solving problems, and thrive as a team player.

Location: You will be based in Castelleone, Italy.
