We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales with a focus on customer centricity and data accuracy, ensuring a high-quality customer experience!
About the Role:
What your mission with us will encompass:
- Process sales orders and manage the dispatch and administration of products and services sold.
- Check, process, and confirm customer orders using our ERP system (SAP), ensuring compliance with delivery specifications and company guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date information in our CRM.
- Order Tracking & Inventory Management: Monitor order statuses, manage backlogs, and handle finished goods inventory to maximize monthly and quarterly invoicing.
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
About You:
What will help you excel in this role:
- Upper secondary education is required; a university degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Spanish, French will be add-on.
- Proficiency in Italian, especially in verbal communication (including phone conversations).
- Digital Competency: Strong digital skills and interest in tools like CRM, skills in MS Office, SAP, Power BI, and other tools for efficient order management.
- Team Player & Organizational skills: A collaborative approach with ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. High sense of urgency
Location and Reporting:
- This role will report to Team lead Inside Sales South, Sales Europe, Advanced Materials.
- Residence near Genova.
