We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales with a focus on customer centricity and data accuracy, ensuring a high-quality customer experience! 

 

About the Role: 

  

What your mission with us will encompass: 

  

  • Process sales orders and manage the dispatch and administration of products and services sold. 
  • Check, process, and confirm customer orders using our ERP system (SAP), ensuring compliance with delivery specifications and company guidelines. 
  • Maintain up-to-date information in our CRM. 
  • Order Tracking & Inventory Management: Monitor order statuses, manage backlogs, and handle finished goods inventory to maximize monthly and quarterly invoicing. 
  • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. 

  

About You: 

  

What will help you excel in this role: 

  

  • Upper secondary education is required; a university degree is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service. 
  • Very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Spanish, French will be add-on. 
  • Proficiency in Italian, especially in verbal communication (including phone conversations). 
  • Digital Competency: Strong digital skills and interest in tools like CRM, skills in MS Office, SAP, Power BI, and other tools for efficient order management. 
  • Team Player & Organizational skills: A collaborative approach with ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. High sense of urgency      

 

Location and Reporting: 

 

  • This role will report to Team lead Inside Sales South, Sales Europe, Advanced Materials. 
  • Residence near Genova.
