We are currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to provide outstanding service to our customers and help streamline our sales processes.

About the Role:

What your mission with us will encompass:

• Respond to inbound customer sales inquiries, providing quotations, product information, and pricing details while promoting the benefits of our products and services.
• Process sales orders and manage the dispatch and administration of products and services sold.
• Accurately enter orders into our ERP system and maintain up-to-date information in our CRM.
• Support the Sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

What will help you excel in this role:

• Upper secondary education is required; a university degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Residence in the Castelleone area.
• Proficiency in Italian, especially in verbal communication (including phone conversations).
• Strong computer skills, particularly in a Microsoft Windows environment.
