Are you a skilled and responsible individual looking for a challenging opportunity in production operations? We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Team Operator to join our dynamic team at the Castelleone service center!

About the role:

Your mission with us will encompass:

• Operate production machinery with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Adhere to defined processes, procedures, and product specifications to ensure compliance with Quality and Health and Safety standards.
• Ensure the smooth running of the production process, maintaining the required quality standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate production machinery, strictly following safety procedures to protect yourself and your colleagues.
• Utilize forklifts and cranes responsibly in daily operations.

About You:

Something that will help you to suceed in the role:

• Completed upper secondary school education.
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Availability to work in 3 shifts.
• Flexibility to adapt to different production lines.
• Previous experience with forklifts and cranes is advantageous.
• Fluency in Italian; basic proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook) are desirable.
