Production Planner CRW

This position works in a rotation on the weekends and holidays, about once every 4 weeks you will either work days or nights on the weekend.
Objective: Schedule manufacturing orders, and coordinate the flow of work and materials to meet delivery expectations of forecasted and actual sales.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally within a relevant manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of production forecasting, capacity planning, and production cost control preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and control each equipment.
- Final allocates considering planned yield and on-time delivery.
- Provide planning scenarios to operations to accommodate breakdowns, constraints, and available capacities.
- Evaluate quality reports and reroute material accordingly (e.g., rework material, etc.)
- Production order closings
- Daily review of material available for allocation due to fallout and late order urgency
- Make weekly planning decisions to reduce changeover time while increasing SOTIF.
- Communication to operations and sales
Salary: USD. 79,200-99,000
