What You’ll Do
In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives and align recruitment strategies to support these goals.
Your responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full hiring process – from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer management – ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Proactive sourcing & talent pipelining: Actively build and maintain relationships with key talent and networks for both current and future hiring needs across blue- and white-collar roles.
- Employer branding & recruitment marketing: Drive initiatives that position Outokumpu as an attractive employer in the market.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Data-driven decisions: Use analytics and recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, identify gaps, and continuously improve strategies.
Who You Are
You are hands-on, proactive and passionate about delivering quality. You understand the power of strong relationships – with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners – and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You embrace change, adapt quickly, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. With a mindset geared toward growth and innovation, you don’t just follow processes – you help shape and improve them.
You also bring:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or global context
- Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals
- Experience from both volume and professional role recruitment. Experience from recruiting executive roles is a plus
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- A data-driven mindset with knowledge of recruitment analytics, trends, and forecasting
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
