Your Mission
In this role, you will be the key link between Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and our production processes. You will transform forecasts into actionable production plans, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvements to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.
• Act as a super user for key planning tools (OMP Tactical Planner & OCP).
• Support forecasting for production, shipments, and invoicing.
• Perform gap analyses and take action to improve performance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize working capital.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with business needs.

What You Need

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Fluency in both English and Swedish (written and spoken).
• Business acumen and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and build strong professional networks.
